The Giftology Group is a gift logistics company that helps clients like the Chicago Cubs, Wells Fargo, and Caesar's Entertainment, to execute year-round gifting strategies.
In today's interview, John and I discuss the right way and the wrong way to go about gift-giving as a business strategy. According to John, most companies have the wrong approach and philosophy to gifting and sometimes damage their brands as a result.
